Hi, I'm Paige.

I help people who are exhausted from fighting their own minds finally drop the struggle, heal from the past, and reclaim their lives.

If you're living with anxiety, depression, or CPTSD, you already know how exhausting it is to live in survival mode. You might feel like you're constantly scanning the room for danger, bracing yourself for the next emotional flashback, or letting a harsh inner critic dictate where you go and who you talk to.

For a long time, you may have been told (or told yourself) that you just need to “fix” your thoughts or try harder to calm down. But when you've survived trauma or spent years fearing social rejection, your brain is simply doing its best to protect you. Your anxiety isn't a defect; it's a highly sophisticated survival strategy that has kept you alive.

However, if those survival strategies are now keeping you isolated, small, and disconnected from the life you actually want to live, I am here to help you gently lay down the armor.

My Approach to Therapy

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all, clinical plan. In our work together, we use Acceptance Commitment Treatment (ACT) with an emphasis on collaboration, empowerment, voice, and choice.

We won't spend our sessions debating your thoughts or trying to force your anxiety to disappear. Instead, we will build a safe, collaborative space to de-escalate the inner critic, learn how to notice painful thoughts without letting them hijack your life, and create space for difficult thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels entirely safe for your nervous system.

I'll help you clarify who you want to be in your relationships, career, and life through values clarification, helping you take brave, small steps forward to build a meaningful life alongside the history you carry.
